To our lovely fans, friends, and family:
We regret to inform you that the SNL tribute show has been postponed until a later date.
As I’m sure some of you may have already heard through the rumor mill, Indy’s Jukebox has closed. The members of Crème de les Femmes are sad that we are losing our home and shocked that this could happen so suddenly. We apologize for the late notice of the cancellation of the show, but we first heard about this very late last night, and this was not an easy decision to make.
Earlier today, a few of us went over to Indy’s Jukebox to see what was going on. We were informed that our back room that we had worked so hard to build up was being turned into a kitchen, the ceiling of the venue was being ripped out, and construction materials were everywhere. It was stated that all bookings would be honored, but when we asked if we would have a dressing room or even sound equipment, the answers we received from multiple people were, “I don’t know.” For the safety of the members of our troupe, the Bearded Lucys, and our guests, we have collectively decided it would be best to postpone the show. We are a tough group of performers and we roll with the punches, but safety comes first. With the amount of construction and no dressing room for scantily clad ladies, we do not feel that this is the best environment for our performers or our fans at this time. In addition, one of our core performers/hosts was admitted into the ER today, so we need her to take it easy for a little bit.
Crème de les Femmes hopes the transition goes smoothly for the new bar in the building, and we look forward to working with them in the future. Major changes like this are not easy and we wish them the best in their changeover.
We will keep you updated on future shows. In the meantime, we have some exciting things in the works. We are being featured in the Fountain Square Art Fair Parade on Saturday, and we have a huge photo shoot Sunday!

Come to the show Saturday, September 21 to find out!
After all, who doesn’t love SNL? Miss Holly Hock will partake in the sketches as well as the performance portion of the evening.
