Kitty Hawwk, (Alison Kibler) has been moving and shaking ever since she was a zygote, and loves to bring her playful spirit to mindful movement, practicing yoga for over 20 years. She believes yoga has the power to make people stronger and more flexible on and off the mat. Yoga has inspired her to teach others how to be fearless leaders and to bring balance, compassion, and nourishment to their lives.
