This 2 hour jam packed workshop will focus on slowing down! Expect an invigorating warm up with deep conditioning. Building strength and stamina in the body, all while learning proper alignment, and fundamental technique for beautiful fluid execution. Fun across the floor with dance movement exercises will challenge the brain and help guide you to smooth gooey transitions! Closing the class, I will provide a saucy little number you can take home! No experience is necessary as this class will benefit beginner-advanced students! Whether you want to just jump right in, try something new, and or refine your existing technique this class is for you!
