Class content covers a dynamic warm-up and conditioning to strengthen the core muscles needed for the demand of this dance form. Each class will address correct posture & alignment, conditioning exercises, drill basic bellydance isolations, Liquid Dance techniques, traveling foot patterns & finger Cymbals. Closing the class with a gentle cool down, you will leave with a full body workout buzzing from head to toe; feeling accomplished, inspired, and craving more.
If you want to sweat, challenge your body & brain, build strength, muscle memory, stamina, flexibility, or just want to gain more control of your pre-existing belly dance or liquid dance technique, you will not be disappointed after diving into this class! This course will benefit ALL skill levels! Bring a Yoga mat, Finger Cymbals, and Water!
Mondays 6:30pm (new 8wk series starts March 11)
(Drop in rate is $25 or $175 for Series)
24 hour cancellation policy required for all refunds and will be given in the form of a class credit to be used in the same series.
