Welcome to Burlesque! Follow along with this collection of Burlesque-inspired dance/workout routines put together in a Cabaret show format. Perfect for the new dance student or the dancer who wants to get a great workout. Let loose to classic burlesque themes, popular songs, and other fun beats while conditioning your body like a dancer! We’ll warm up with simple, repetitive moves to get you in the burn zone, then build into mini routines that introduce dance combos while loosening muscles and lifting your heart rate. The second half is slightly more complex and interactive, culminating in a grand finale and some floorwork, great for toning the core and arms.
Bring: A yoga mat if you would like one for floor work, grippy socks if you prefer not to be barefoot, and a bottle of water.
Wear comfy clothes and OR anything that makes you feel fabulous!
