BEGINNER BELLY DANCE CLASSES
In this 7-week beginner course, Class content covers a rigorous warm-up + dance conditioning to strengthen the core muscles needed for the demand of this dance form. We will address correct posture & alignment, drill basic isolations, traveling foot patterns & finger Cymbals. Closing the class we will go over a small combo each week applying the techniques into small dance phrases. You will leave with a full body workout buzzing from head to toe; feeling accomplished, inspired, and craving more.
If you want to sweat, challenge your body & brain, build strength, muscle memory, stamina, flexibility, or just want to gain more control/knowledge of your pre-existing belly dance technique, you will not be disappointed after diving into this class! This course will benefit ALL skill levels! Bring a Yoga mat, Finger Cymbals, and Water!
